Microdosing Made Easy (The AstroMedium)


The psychedelic renaissance is fully underway as the rise in entheogenic plant use is at an all-time high, no thanks to the preposterous war on drugs that is unfortunately still embedded in our society’s collective consciousness.


However, as we move out of the age of Pisces and into the Age of Aquarius, we find that the power is being reclaimed by the people! And we are taking matters into our own hands… literally.


Just like solar power and plant based foods, plant medicine is not going away and as we continue to move through the early stages of this planet’s mass ascension & awakening process, our increased level of consciousness is calling forth higher vibrating forms of energy, foods and, of course, medicine.


There are many ways to m!crodose and it can be overwhelming and difficult to know where to start. Working with a healer and medicine facilitator like myself or a therapist can be a great place to start.


But before you go searching for the next magic pill, know that plant medicine requires participation from you on a very conscious level. Much like a really charcoal mask that causes your skin to break out from pulling out toxins, m!crodosing will also pull things out and up so know that you’ll be called to face yourself in a whole new way and isn’t that what you want?


Although we are focusing on mushrooms, there are many other medicines that you can use in a m!crodosing protocol based on your intentions and individual needs.


To get the most out of the microdosing experience, you must do the following:

  • work with a medicine facilitator to discuss intentions, strain options and the best type of protocol for you.

  • You should not drink alcohol, smoke marijuana or eat brain diminishing foods during your protocol.

  • You must create a ritual around your capsule intake and set intentions every time you take it.

  • You must set aside time in your day to rest, on your off days recharge and integrate what you experienced daily, weekly and monthly either by journaling and/or talking with your healer or therapist.
